Like most enterprises, ours began by noticing a need and wanting
to help. With deregulation and the Telecom Act of 1996, confusion
from businesses became rampant within the telecommunications services
industry and Lines of Communications wanted to help clients find
solutions in the sea of chaos. Essentially most organizations do
not have the knowledge, infrastructure, tools and resources to
assist them in deciphering the maze of complexity in understanding
telecommunications procurement and billing management.
This expertise
is hard for many companies to master given that it requires a juggling
of tasks from team members responsible for several other operational
areas. Unless you have a massive telecom budget and staff, maneuvering
through the maze of billing and services is overwhelming
But, we do have the knowledge, the people and we can help.
After helping clients with the complexity of RFP/RFQ we moved into contracting those services and managing the subsequent billing with methods that are easy for our clients to understand. Ultimately this means you receive a correct analysis and the exact terms and pricing you are entitled to.
