Many times in auditing a company’s current services and billings, we find incorrect, redundant and unnecessary charges which we are able to recoup for the customer.  Our policy is to split any credits applied towards your current services 50/50.  Since this is “found money” for you and your company, our services towards this do not cost your company anything.  We do not charge our customers for billable hours towards the recovery, only on the total amount credited back on your bills or by check. 

For tracking purposes, we will inform you of the discrepancy and what we plan to pursue on your behalf and what the awarded credit is to be.  You will provide copies of your next bills until we are able to confirm the correct amounts have been applied.  Then, we invoice you for half of the total amount of credits you have received.

 This does not apply towards billing errors when you are on service with one of our providers with Lines of Communication as the agent of record.  We will address these at no charge.
